Design & Planning. Site survey and measure-up, consultation and quote, product selection, ordering and deliveries, and schedule of works. Demolition & Preparation. Removal of all furniture and fittings including bath, shower, sink, toilet, radiator, mirror and cupboards. Removal of wall tiles, ceiling panels, lights, and floor coverings. Preparation of walls.
Plumbing & Heating. All pipework for taps, shower unit, toilet and radiator, including water feeds, wastes, and any replacement and re-routing where necessary. Electrics & Lighting. All wiring for switches, shaving points, extractor fans, down-lights, illuminated mirrors, LED lighting and under-floor heating.
Joinery & Boarding. Doors, floorboards, UPVC ceilings, stud-walls and plaster-boarding, bespoke cupboards, storage units and all other woodwork. Walls & Floor Tiling. Tiling and grouting of walls, floor, window reveals and boxing in with chrome trim. All types including wet-floors, feature walls and mosaics.
Fitting & Testing. Installation of all products, pottery and accessories. Inspection of supply and fixtures for leaks, faults and quality. Final Polish & Waste Removal. Thorough clean of products and work areas. All waste cleared by skip or local rubbish removal contractor.
